• Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or we made an error with your order.

• Because each product is handcrafted in small batches, slight variations in color, texture, and fragrance may occur.

• If your selected fragrance becomes temporarily unavailable, we will contact you before preparing your order.

• We reserve the right to substitute packaging when necessary while maintaining the same product quality and size.
